✨ Bio

Anaïs Humez
I’m French of Spanish origin. As a child, I loved observing the world and inventing stories from a detail, a look, a sound. Very early on, I started exploring imagery and people’s physical and psychological well-being, guided by the intuition that there is always an emotion to capture and share. This early taste for creation became my guiding thread — one that still accompanies me in all my projects today.

I’ve always been fascinated by my surroundings. I observe, listen, and capture details as if every moment carried a story to tell. Sounds, images, and words are my raw materials, and I love combining them to create stories that connect people.

This sensitivity comes with another strength: the ability to organize and structure. I don’t just imagine — I build. Thinking strategically, designing a project as a whole, anticipating steps, harmonizing energies… these are the gestures that give my projects a solid ground to flourish.

Throughout my journey, I’ve chosen not to limit myself to a single role. I’ve explored different fields — communication, audiovisual, journalism, events, artistic creation, teaching — developing a versatility that has become my signature. I stand at the crossroads: between strategy and intuition, rigor and imagination, overall vision and attention to detail.

More than a series of experiences, what defines me is my way of moving forward: with listening, curiosity, and enthusiasm. I believe in the collective, in the power of encounters, and in the value of stories. In each project, I seek to create connections, convey emotion, and transform ideas into shared experiences.

Driven by a communicative energy and a deep desire for meaning, I approach every project as a human adventure. My driving force is simple: learn, connect, invent, and always keep alive the spark of wonder that has animated me from the start.

My professional ambitions follow this same continuity. Passionate about sports, I want to integrate this dimension into my professional future, convinced that physical activity is a powerful vector for connection, well-being, and inclusion. I have a real appetite for managing global projects.

What matters most to me is contributing to initiatives with a positive impact — helping make the benefits of sports accessible to vulnerable populations. I also want to invest in teaching: training, guiding, and supporting collaborators on human issues related to physical and psychological well-being. I want to develop large-scale projects, nationally or internationally, and contribute to initiatives that carry meaning and emotion. For me, a project’s success is measured both by its external impact and by the care given to the people who make it happen.
